AJ2019 – ‘Friends for Life’ – Visitors

Visitors Day for AJ2019 is Celebration Day (Saturday 12 January 2019).

Should you need to visit the site on another day there is a limited opportunity to do so (pre registration is required).

HOW TO APPLY:

All Visitors to AJ2019 MUST pre-register to attend:

1. Click on the following link or click on Applications in the above menu and select ‘Register as a Visitor’.
2. Create a new visitor account (refer screenshot below)
3. Activate your account from the email you receive from AJ2019
4. Login to the account and complete your Visitor application
5. You must submit your application after entering all required data (click Submit button)
6. Your application will be reviewed and must be approved by the Visitor Coordinator. You will receive an email once this occurs.
7. Please print your e-ticket for presenting at the gate.
8. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Please read all information in this email.

Please note: your username and password must be unique, therefore you may not be able to use your preferred username.
